We all experience times when we need some help managing our personal lives. Lemek LLC provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), offered at no charge to benefit eligible employees and their families in connection with your group life insurance through The Standard / Health Advocate. Services are confidential and information will be released only with your permission or as required by law.

What Can the EAP Do for Me?

You, your dependents (including children to age 26) and all household members can contact master’s-degreed clinicians 24/7 by phone, online, live chat, email and text. There’s even a mobile EAP app. You can receive referrals to support groups, a network counselor, community resources or through your health plan. If necessary, you’ll be connected to emergency services. Your program includes up to six (6) face-to-face assessment and counseling sessions.
