Paid Time Off (PTO)
Lemek LLC’s Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy allows flexibility in the use of leave. PTO may be taken as vacation time, time to pursue special interests, or for covered reasons under Maryland’s Healthy Working Families Act. This includes but is not limited to caring for or treating your own illness, injury, or health condition; and it can also be used to take time to care for a family member with an illness, injury, or health condition.

Employee Meal Discounts
For those employees who wish to purchase food items from Panera Bread, Lemek LLC offers a 50% discount.
This Discount applies as follows:
- Before your shift, during your shift (while on break) or after (at the end of) your shift
- Discount does not apply to family or friends
- It does not apply to bulk orders (bagel pack, catering, etc.)
- Food and drinks must be paid for at the time of the order
- Free drinks such as fountain, iced tea, and coffee may be consumed by all employees, but only in designated or assigned areas during an employee’s shift
