Voluntary Benefits

Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage are available to you, your spouse, and your dependent children. However, employees must have coverage in order for their spouse and children to obtain coverage.

Lemek LLC has expanded our benefit offerings to help you and your family cover unexpected medical expenses. You have the option to purchase additional voluntary benefits via post-tax payroll deductions.

The post-tax voluntary benefits may be canceled at any time throughout the year.
